The bright-spark who had the idea and mum of two, Hannah 13, Jack 11. Being an experienced food scientist who had worked at M&S for over 11 years, she understands the importance of raw material quality, processing, legal things and especially how to make it safe and taste great. Sally is a bit of a foodie too, she loves experimenting with new recipes and ingredients. She's incredibly passionate about getting great tasting food into babies and kids. She started a mini revolution - and wants every mum to know that there is a real alternative. You don't have to spend hours cooking up batches of food for your baby. We’ve done the hard work -just the way you would - with care and love. So you can relax...

 

Dad of two (Jake 10 and Hayley 6) has worked in the food industry for over 20 years. He's learnt a few things as you can imagine. He joined us because he's really passionate about getting babies and kids to eat great tasting food from day 1. So they grow up loving good food (just like he does - although he claims his body is a temple) He's also a secret tiddly wink champion)

 

Daddy to Connor who’s just started school. Neil is in charge of selling our delicious food. So he works very closely with our retailing partners.

 

Fiona is our expert food scientist and qualified nutritionist. She helps Sally make sure our food is spot on and that we know all about the ingredients we use. We insist on knowing everything about our meat, fish, vegetables and fruit, and Fiona frequently visits our growers to check all is OK - we work very closely with them. All our food is made in accordance of the very strict EU rules governing food for babies and kids. We have it regularly tested in independent laboratories, nothing gets past Fiona and that's how we like it - she is a tough but fair lady! Fiona is also the proud mother of two wonderful girls!

 

She is one in a million...has the sharpest eye known to man-kind. As our resident creative you'll see lots of her graphic work on freezers, in newspapers and generally around and about. Tamsin has 3 boys, Miles, Harvey and Eddie.

 

Our very friendly mum in charge of customer services. She is probably the lady you will talk to on the phone if you call us, she loves to chat, call her any time. Caroline has 2 older children, but remembers only too well, how it is when they are tiny. Caroline is also the lady who handles, on the very rare occasions, any complaints you may have. She tries to make sure they don't happen again - very important. If you talk nicely to Caroline, she will send you some leaflets to give to your mates and some money off coupons too.

 

If James wasn't around to hold our hand through crazy web-land, we would most definitely get lost along the way. He works so very hard and manages this smashing website (he put this in!!).

 

Tony and Tom also whizz about the country checking all is OK in shop land. They talk to loads of mums in stores, have you ever seen them? These boys make sure everything is in it's right place, at the right time. Sounds easy-peasy, but its definitely not lemon-squeezy.

 

The brilliant beanie bunch keep a close eye on all our pennies. Without Donna (runner bean), Varsha (Cocoa Bean) and Faisal (Mr Bean) we would most certainly be lost in the oblivion. Donna has 3 small children (Grace, 7, Thalia, 5 and toddler Charlie, 3), we often try new recipes out on her little people. Varsha also the proud mother of a 13 year boy, Josh. Meanwhile Faisal (who graduated this year) is still preparing himself and watching with interest. When the time comes he’ll know plenty...
