Thanks to Rosie Stapleton who has sent us this quick n’ easy recipe. Rosie says her 20 month old twins love their omelette cut up into 1” squares with a slice of scrunched up honey roast ham on and then topped with another omelette square. Hey presto! - a super, cheesy scoopy-snack, packed full of protein, highly nutritious and extremely simple to prepare.
Why not try using other combinations of chopped vegetables or meat as fillings for your omelette; potato, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, sweetcorn kernels, spinach, mushrooms, peppers, bacon, tuna, prawns, chicken, ham... the list is endless!
